When Dec 17, 2026
Where Davies Symphony Hall, 201 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102
Holiday Gaiety is an adult-themed holiday concert at Davies Symphony Hall, headlined by country star Orville Peck with the San Francisco Symphony. Conductor Edwin Outwater and drag star Peaches Christ share the co-emcee duties.
Think variety show. Drag queens, vocalists, burlesque artist Frankie Fictitious, and the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus all share the bill. Country, drag, and a full symphony orchestra on one stage is not your average carol sing, and that's the point.
Before the show, stroll the hall, which is decorated for the season with giant lit trees, wreaths, and garlands. Grab a gingerbread old-fashioned, a glass of sparkling wine, or a cup from the hot-chocolate cart, plus a holiday dessert. The program includes mature content and is described as adult-themed, though no specific age restriction is given. Patrons with disabilities can call the box office for help buying tickets.
