The Lower Polk Community Benefit District turns Fern Alley into an outdoor neighborhood holiday market as part of the Fern Alley Music Series. Booths from local artists and small businesses sell handcrafted goods, gifts, and seasonal finds.
Live music is planned throughout the market, and you can take pictures with Santa. The vendor lineup and the music lineup are still to come, so part of the fun is seeing who turns up. It's also a nice way to connect with the Lower Polk neighborhood while you shop local.
The market is open to all ages, and dogs are welcome too, so nobody in the household has to stay home. Local artists, makers, and merchants can apply to sell, and there's no vendor fee.
