South San Francisco welcomes Santa to City Hall in style: he rides in on a South San Francisco fire engine at the start of the event. Gather outside City Hall to watch him make his entrance, courtesy of the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
Then join the line on Grand Avenue to meet Santa and take a commemorative photo together. It's one photo per group, so get everyone into the frame on the first try.
Admission is free and open to the public. The event happens outdoors rain or shine, so dress for the weather. It's a festive, community-focused family event, best for families with children.
